I saw a question on a WAHM's page the other day that got me thinking.
"Are you a Work At Home Mum for the money or to satisfy your crafting needs?"
I felt as though i was running a full time business working for this 'person' who wanted every thing, but honestly didn't have the time to give it 150%. As my pregnancy progressed, my son started school and my daughter became alot more needy, i realised that kind of business wasn't for me. I needed to for fill my passion for arts and craft elsewhere.
I adore vintage, alternate and one of a kind items. So there it was, that was my aim. To bring that to families like mine.

For me, Buttons Dior satisfies ALL my crafting needs.
I have another home business aside from Buttons Dior that was all about the $$. It lasted about 6 months before i realised my heart just wasn't in it. Yes, i made alot of money from it and still have the occasional order. Yes it kept me on my toes and Yes i made some great friends out of it. But it also cost me alot of money to get off the ground, Put alot of strain on my family, which then considered of a partner, 4 year old, 6 month old and i was pregnant with #3. And Yes, i lost some then, good friends.
